S-WAY OPERATING LEASE

• Finance for UK business purposes only.
• Subject to acceptance and affordability checks.
• Applicant must be 18 or over.
• The advertised promotion is on a 3 + 47 monthly profile.
• The finance product offered under this promotion is Operating Lease.
• VAT is due with each rental payment and the customer will not own the equipment at the end of the agreement. Return conditions apply.
• A fixed documentation fee of £250 plus VAT will be collected with the first rental.
• Alternative finance options are available.

• Vehicle must be ordered, and credit approved between 1st April and 30th June 2024 and must be registered with the DVLA by 30 June 2025.
• R & M and payment for R & M will be through a separate contract via Elements that the dealer will arrange (the finance payments will be limited to the asset finance only).
